LAND REGISTRY FEES
Land Registry Fees are charged according to the value of the consideration in the Deed of Transfer, as follows:

Where no consideration is payable on the Transfer (i.e. in the case of a gift) the fees are €130
Land Registry fees on a mortgage are €175. Land Registry fees on the discharge or release of a mortgage are €40. It costs €60 to take up a certified copy of a folio and map. To view and download a folio online cost €5. |
